Sanded Baroque

Today's Challenge on SCS was the Color Challenge. The colors for the challenge were Sahara Sand, Blue Bayou, and Chocolate Chip. I had big ideas and was going to layer and embellish galore. When it all finally came together it was simple and I liked it that way. I love the new Sanded background. It was not originally on my wish list but after I saw a few cards using it I just had to have it. The easiest way I have found to cut my ribbon in a v shape is to fold it in half and cut down. The point is always in the center that way.
Stamps: Sanded, Baroque Motifs
Paper: Blue Bayou, Sahara Sand, Chocolate Chip
Ink: Blue Bayou, Sahara Sand, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Antique Brads, Chocolate Chip Taffeta Ribbon

  1. I just love this card! Simple but really elegant.
I will have to try it. If I C.A.S.E. it would i be able to post it on my Bog: ink-paper-scissors-rock.tyepad.com and have a link to your blog?
I am a new blogger and just figuring out how this all works.
    Thanks
