Cut out DSP Flower

So today I went back and did the Ways to Use it Challenge. The challenge was to use dots. I love this dotty paper! Ok I love all designer paper... I used the dotty side on the bottom and folded the top edge over. I then cut out some of the flowers to put on the top half. The ribbon looks to match better in real life than in the photo. I love that SAB set Lot of Thoughts fits perfect in the Tag punch! The scalloped edge was done by punching a 1 3/8" circle and then the scallop punch. I then just snipped it with my scissors and straightened it out.
Stamps: Lots of Thoughts
Paper: Always Artichoke, Bali Breeze DSP, Whisper White,
Ink: Rose Red, Always Artichoke
Accessories: Regal Rose Wide Grosgrain, Rose Red Eyelet, Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch
